Hybrid/Office Based Sales Director (experience in the Construction Industry, Warranty, Latent Defects Insurance)

An experienced Sales Director is sought for one of the UK’s leading warranty (Latent Defects) residential and commercial Managing General Agents.

Responsible for the company’s business development programme within the construction industry for both the residential and commercial sector, supporting the growth of the sales team nationwide, whilst developing our telesales capability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and external customers.

Continuing to contribute to the company’s broader strategic planning process and driving the business to achieve its ambitious growth objectives.

With a starting salary of OTE £75,000 (including uncapped earnings potential with commissions payable monthly)

Job Requirements

1. Must have experience in Construction Insurance (specifically in the Latent Defects Sector);
2. Must have a driving licence and be willing to travel;
3. Home-Working options available but the office must be visited at least one day per week)
4. Strong management skills over sales executives;
5. Strong B2B networking skills.
