La Fosse are partnered with a global insurance firm to recruit an Associate Business Architect. This person would be joining a relatively greenfield Architecture function, that is expanding rapidly. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the multiple business to support their strategic needs.
The role would be an ideal fit for a Senior/Lead Business Analyst looking to make the step up into Business Architecture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the Chief Architect and wider Enterprise Architecture function to support standardisation of the Target Operating Model and process model.
- Develop artefacts including business capability models, roadmaps, process models and value streams.
Key skills required
- An understanding of the insurance industry would be highly beneficial.
- Experience in Business, Process, or Change Analysis.
- Experience working for complex organisations that have undergone significant change.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week required in the London office.
