This specialist team handles high quality transactional work including high value corporate M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and distribution and broker arrangements on behalf of major insurers and re-insurers, Lloyds vehicles, brokers and other insurance intermediaries.
This role would suit a corporate lawyer with at least 2 year PQE gained in another recognised corporate firm, with a desire to specialise in insurance and re-insurance work.
