To act as a Client Support / Account Manager in the best interests of a Specialist Latent Defects / IBG Insurance broker. A revenue producing role, to manage and provide a quality service in respect of growing client relationships, driving retention and revenue in line with the company’s principles and values. Ensuring clients’ interests are central to the service offered.
Your Role:
- Generate new business income;
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and/or potential clients;
- Identify additional business opportunities and introduce clients to other product specialists;
- Receive requests for quotes, and develop / maintain insurer relationships;
Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent;
- Insurance experience desirable
- Client confidentiality and discretion
- Strong relationship management skills
- Forward planning (ability to anticipate future outcomes)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage time and to work on a number of projects concurrently
- Professional manner and approach
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Authentic communication skills for varying audience
- Persistent and tenacious in achieving results
- MS office and other relevant IT systems expertise
