We are currently looking for an experienced Insurance Senior Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will help develop consulting opportunities within the Insurance sector by supporting the sales process and then participate in engagements.

  • Are you a person who holds the ability to develop new skills with the right training and support, such as Data Mining and Process Execution Technology (Celonis)?

What does the role entail?*

Analysis of an organisation’s current state, highlighting opportunities for improvement in areas such as business processes application architectures, with a primary focus on developing digital transformation strategies.

  • Designing, planning, and delivering transformation projects.
  • Mapping the service experiences of users and helping to transform how clients could change what/ how they deliver.
  • Working collaboratively with team members on client and internal projects.
  • Developing and delivering high quality outputs which drive client satisfaction and deliver against programme needs.
  • Monitoring and adapting to emerging trends, policies, and leading practices in CX / CRM Data mining; especially as it relates to Insurance.
  • Supporting the development of our CX / CRM knowledge base and methodologies in service design and development practices aligned to leading and emerging thinking.
  • Supporting the development of new client relationships including supporting marketing and business development activities.

What does the ideal candidate look like?*

Experience in Insurance, either Property Casualty, or Life Pensions.

  • You will have had previous experience in a commercial consulting practice/SI.
  • Demonstrable experience of defining and delivering digital and strategy advisory projects to recognised Insurance companies.
  • You have the ability to shape new offerings, building on to the current BearingPoint services.
  • You are able to demonstrate a high-level of understanding of how and where digital transformation thinking can create business change and competitive advantage.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with senior business leaders based on trust and respect
  • You are able to think in a logical and structured way.
  • Hold a demonstrable passion for engaging with people and making a difference.
  • You have a creative approach to problem solving with intellectually curiosity.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent business writing skills and confidence when presenting.
  • You have competent project management skills.
  • A self-starter mentality with a desire to apply initiative and new ideas, whilst comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • You are able to be open minded, assertive, cooperative, have a strong sense of team, and are vision driven.
  • You hold commercial acumen within the field of management consulting or hold the desire to develop this.
