MI Manager – Insurance

MI Manager

• 12 month contract
• £650 per day
• Inside IR35, using an umbrella
• London based
• Hybrid working role (1-2 days per week in the office)

The role:

• Co-ordinate Claims MI team and resource to produce clear and concise reports to analyse business activity
• Triage, size and prioritise MI requests from Claims Department
• Evaluate any requests for suitability and potential for any alternative/more efficient resolution
• Conduct regular workshops/catch ups with Claims department to understand requests and concerns, challenge
• and construct detailed requirements
• Drive claims analytic initiatives
• Support claims in complex data and analysis problems
• Work to increase Claims analytical capabilities, through both technology and education

The requirements:

• Solid SQL and Power BI experience
• Team management – The ability to work in a small team, coach peers and add value
• Effective management of stakeholder’s expectations whilst keeping them informed and engaged
• Insurance background in either claims, underwriting or broking
