We have a new role available in our Commercial Claims structure and its one that you can bring some positive strides towards our Commercial customer experience. With your leadership, you’ll strengthen relationships with key internal, external partners and brokers by developing and implementing an AXA Commercial Claims customer experience strategy. Using your customer intelligence experience, insights knowledge and through customer data (NPS & Including Feefo, Medallia development etc), you’ll develop and lead the development of the Commercial Claims Customer strategy including a Customer Insights and survey plan.
You’ll develop key metrics and insights to ensure a cycle of learning and improvement around the Commercial Claims customer journey, working with other members of the Commercial Claims senior leadership team. What you’ll be doing:
- Create a customer centric culture and behaviours across the Commercial Claims functions.
- Strengthen and evolve the Claims Relationship Managers function & strategy in alignment with Claims and Commercial trading strategy.
- Use your comms exec to promote Claims communications both internal and external including success stories, raising the profile of Claims within the wider Commercial business, stakeholders and brokers.
- Lead considerations & requirements around new components in customer journeys such as digital solutions, engaging with the wider Commercial business.
- Working with Change/Transformation teams to develop target customer journeys for commercial claims.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in and around a Commercial or Retail customer environment.
- Preferred experience of general insurance (especially commercial lines) or FCA regulated.
- Experience of working across key stakeholders and departments in a large business.
- Existing and established communication with trade press, competition and professional trade groups would be an advantage to this role or have experience in building these key connections.
- Experience in working with customer and operational data and generating meaningful insights.
- Experience in optimising and automating reporting, experience in QlikView, BI or similar dashboard applications preferred.
- You will be knowledgeable in delivering a digital / technology focused service strategy.
- Presentation and communication skills, including strong stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about developing people and have significant experience in leading and inspiring teams.
- Experience of leading a team is necessary.
