Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Asset Managers, Asset Owners and Insurance companies
- Manage a team of ESG Sales in EMEA
- Develop an excellent understanding of clients’ activities, use cases and their needs to ensure their demands are met
- Work with the customer services teams to facilitate the clients’ use of our products
- Ensure responsiveness to customers’ requests, showing rigour both in terms of form and content
- Develop new relationships with investor client
- Ensure account retention and develop opportunities for cross-selling
- Update our CRM tool in a complete and timely manner
- Support the Head Bank, AM and Insurance for EMEA in international or regional activities to be carried out.#LI-DW1
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in finance, economics or related area required
- Around 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in Asset Management and/or Insurance
- Have a strong interest in ESG and climate matters · Have a good knowledge and understanding of financial markets
- Excellent verbal and written English and French. Any additional languages are a plus
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Management skills and team leader profile are expected
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Strong rigour to coordinate needs and products between different entities
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to support customers’ needs
