We’ve been retained to lead the search for a Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer (2-6 PQE) focussed on private equity backed or private M&A deals interested in moving into warranty and indemnity insurance (M&A Insurance) broking. The business operates in the premium space (£50m – £10bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.
We are looking to talk to a technically sharp Corporate / Private Equity Lawyer with appetite to move into a role which combine his or her technical legal and commercial skillset within the transactional and M&A environment.
