What our people say

“I joined the NHBC legal department 9 months ago from private practice. From the moment I joined the NHBC, the legal team, my line manager and GC have been incredibly welcoming, open, honest, encouraging, and approachable.

Being new to construction, I had a lot to learn but my line manager and the GC have made my experience so enjoyable – allowing me the time to absorb the new information whilst also getting involved with really interesting and challenging cases. I feel genuinely valued as an employee and part of a growing, dynamic, and inspiring legal team.

I am so glad I made the move from practice to industry and feel incredibly lucky that I was given the opportunity to work at a company like NHBC” Alim Shariff, Senior Litigation Counsel
