The role
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be leading the overall strategy for the Consumer Insurance portfolio which includes Motor, Van, Home and BBI, including the management of a complex matrix of 3rd parties (including aggregators). Working hand in glove with the pricing team to drive commercial trading outcomes.
You will have a huge amount of scope to develop and drive optimum performance across all channels including digital, call centres and third parties. With ownership over the quality metrics to ensure right balance of volume, value, and experience in a regulated sales environment. This role has high visibility and interaction with the Board and will involve regular presenting on the commercial picture, as well as accountability for budgets and people.

As a highly commercial leader with experience within the insurance sector, we are looking for you to demonstrate the ability to make change happen. You will have exceptional leadership and influencing skills which have been evidenced in a complex and consumer focussed trading environment. As someone who is at ease working in an trading business where high visibility and accountability is the norm you will excel working with pace, scale, and complexity.
