A leading London Market Insurance company and global provider of property, reinsurance and casual insurance are looking for a talented Project Manager (PM), experienced in transformation within the London Insurance Market (Lloyd’s). You will be the responsible Project Manager (PM) for end-to-end delivery of a number of different projects, from business unit deployments to London Market Regulatory initiatives.
The Project Manager (PM) will help support SVP Insurance Operations, Change Management, and Workstream leaders from multiple business functions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of different projects in a fast-paced environment, tracking tasks, risks and issues where you will regularly report your findings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan and implement a variety of projects
- Interacting with stakeholders across IT Programs and Projects
- Manage complete end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, creating project and programme plans to a high standard in a timely manor to meet strict deadlines
- Interact with a number of Workstream leaders, providing support on approach and delivery
- Manage risks, issues, change management and dependencies
Requirements:
- London Market (Lloyd’s) experience is essential.
- Experience working with Insurance functions such as Actuarial, Finance, IT, Underwriting and Operations.
- Proven experience in the delivery of large and complex change projects.
- Solid understanding of Risk Management and Governance frameworks.
- Management experience with strong interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills.
Salary: Up to £85,000 + Package
Location: London (hybrid)
